Lettie Ruth Moulton Obituary (1932 - 2018)

Old Town - Lettie R. Moulton, 85, died early on the morning of July 8, 2018, at a Bangor hospital with family by her side following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on Aug. 28, 1932, in Milford, one of 12 children born to Rathburn and Nettie (Grant) Boyington. Lettie will be remembered as a meticulous homemaker and dedicated wife and mother. She was an avid Bingo player, enjoyed square dancing, and taking long rides to visit family. She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Francis Moulton; seven children, Vickie Plummer and her husband, Stephen, Debbie Hanson and her husband, Donnie, Sherry LaCombe and her husband, Moe, Gregory Moulton and his wife, Shirley, Patti Avery and her husband, Roger, Butch Moulton and his wife, Jody, and Carla Dow and her husband, Donnie; as well as 31 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Donna Rustin. She was predeceased by ten siblings. Friends and family will gather from 12 - 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 12, 2018, at the Birmingham Funeral Home, 438 Main St., Old Town, where a funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m.
