Milford – Charles E. Levesque, 84, passed away at home on November 3, 2024, after a period of declining health. Charles was born in Old Town on March 12, 1940, the son of Alfred and Celia (Vineo) Levesque.

Charles grew up in Old Town and joined the army in 1959. Following serving his country, he went to work at the post office in Orono, eventually retiring after 30 years as a postal carrier.

Charles spent a lot of his younger years hunting, fishing, trapping and had a passion for antiques.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Cheryl (Jameson) Levesque and son, Richard Levesque. He is survived by his son, Donald Levesque; his granddaughter, Brittany Levesque and his two great grandchildren, Talia and Brayden of Bangor and his sister, Ann Buck.

Charles and Cheryl will be laid to rest in Milford cemetery in the spring of 2025.
